The kidney is cut very fine and enriches the pudding considerably when combined with the Worcestershire sauce and cracked black pepper. This imbues the meat with sweet character, ideal for eating with the savoury suet, making our pudding a must try. Serve with buttered cabbage hearts for an easy mid-week meal or an indulgent weekend treat.
This product is frozen and will defrost whilst in transit to you. Ensure this product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. We strongly recommend baking within 24 hours for best quality. This product must not be refrozen.
