Slow-grown in the great outdoors and reared to full maturity, these heritage Black Leg turkeys develop a superior depth of flavour, firm texture, and beautiful marbling that sets them apart from conventional birds.
Naturally rich and succulent, each turkey is dry plucked, game-hung for up to 14 days, and prepared by hand for an unforgettable centrepiece that roasts to golden perfection. This is turkey as it used to be - full of character, integrity, and festive tradition.
All of our Christmas range delivered between the 19th Dec to 23rd Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre-frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.
