Description
Our Free Range North Yorkshire Moors Duck breast has been dry rubbed with a blend of sugar, carraway, ginger and juniper before going into a hot beech wood smoke which renders the fat meltingly soft and the meat dense but tender. Deliciously savoury and moreish, a little goes a long way. Enjoy as a starter with a cleanly dressed salad and a tart condiment.

Our ducks are sourced from traditional poultry farms, where the birds mature slowly at their own natural pace, on rich diets to yield the best meat. The Duck Breasts are then expertly cut by hand from the bird to give neat, generous fillets with deep flavour and natural succulence. A year round favourite and a staple of traditional butcher's boards
