This could be one of our favourite cured products. Made by our award-winning curer Graham, using Brisket from our own Farmison & Co Native Breed Beef and coated in a fragrant blend of spices - black Pepper, Cumin, Coriander, Chilli with the slight addition of nature's own antioxidant, Sea Buckthorn. A light lick of smoke has been given for subtleness. This is perfect to enjoy in a salt Beef sandwich with traditional accompaniments of Pickled Cucumber, Gruyere Cheese & English Mustard on Caraway seed bread & enjoyed outdoors with a cold hoppy Beer.
