Our free-range saddle of lamb is a British favourite, and for Christmas, we've paired it with luxurious butternut, pumpkin seed and onion stuffing that complements not only the flavour of the meat but the cooking of the free-range lamb. Expertly prepared, rolled and boned, this is an easy-carve special with a stuffing made from seasonal vegetables and aromatic spicing, making roasting your centrepiece lamb to perfection easier than ever. Expect deep flavour from the lamb, ideal for a celebratory roasting joint or festive Sunday lunch. Pair with homemade Yorkshire puddings and mint sauce from our Christmas pantry.

All of our Christmas range delivered on 19th Dec to 23rd Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.

About the cut

Saddle Of Lamb

The Lamb Saddle is cut by taking out the spine of the lamb, before trimming and rolling by hand the meat into a roasting joint with ample fat covering, then tying. Sourced from farms that have been rearing lamb on lush pastures for generations, this is prime English lamb at its best, with the ample fat covering providing flavour and succulence upon cooking.
