One of our favourite additions to our Christmas range this year is our ready-to-eat free-range pork smoked black collar ham. Cured in a salt brine with sweet brown sugar and black treacle to complement the rich, smokey flavour of the free-range ham.

Carve thinly and serve. This is a real artisan ham, and a must to have on hand for Christmas buffets and serving alongside indulgent festive foods. For our chef's top tips, be sure to refer to our serving suggestions below.

All of our Christmas range delivered between the 19th Dec to 23rd Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre-frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.

Shelf life: minimum 6 days

Ingredients: pork 87%, salt, brown sugar, dried vegetable & fruit powder (sea buckthorn, acerola, matcha tea, rosemary, cider vinegar) black treacle, salt, ground bay leaves, and black pepper powder.
