Description
Our 'new' dry cured free range porter cured back bacon steaks taste as bacon should be. Named in homage to the Cathedral of Ripon, the focal point of our city, we use whole cuts of rare breed cross free range pork to give a much deeper, more intense flavour. The muscles have a fermentation culture added to them at the time of dry curing.

Your delivery will arrive in a special Stay-Chilled insulated box, which will stay cold for up to 72 hours.

All our meat is fresh so it can be popped in the freezer if you don't need to use it straight away
