Created by Michelin-starred chef Jeff Baker, this is a signature sauce you'll find in every professional kitchen, crafted to complement feasting steaks and your Valentine's centrepieces with its full-bodied and hearty flavour. Made with sweet shallots, a reduction of rich red wine & a blend of subtle herbs, this sauce promises exquisite quality and taste.

To cook, reheat thoroughly over a medium heat, stirring occasionally. Please note jug is not included and is for display purposes only.

Shelf life: minimum 7 days.

Ingredients: beef stock (beef bones, onion, celery, carrot, garlic. sunflower oil, tomato puree, black pepper, bay leaf), red wine (sulphites) (20.53%), shallots, red currant jelly (red currant juice from concentrate, apple juice from concentrate, gelling agent (pectin)), red wine vinegar, butter (milk), thyme, garlic, bay leaf, peppercorns, ultratex.
