Created by Michelin-star chef Jeff Baker, this versatile beef ragu is made with free-range, grass-fed beef and authentic ingredients. Saucepan ready, this ragu is perfect for a weekday supper with pappardelle and grated parmesan, or for a working lunch with freshly baked focaccia.

The rich and full-bodied sauce features generous forequarter cuts of grass-fed beef, slow cooked in a red wine sauce with ripe tomatoes. A pinch of oregano adds herbaceous character to the flavoursome sauce. This ragu is inspired by Italian culinary traditions and promises a full-bodied and tasty sauce ready to be elevated by pairings of your choice at home.
