Exclusively for Mother's Day & Easter, this free-range rack of lamb box makes for a sensational DIY centrepiece with a fine dining finish. Fully trimmed, our visually stunning rack of lamb promises maximum flavour with a succulent lineup of lamb chops. We've included Michelin-star chef-curated herb crumb with parsley, lemon and garlic to add zest and freshness to your Mother's Day celebration. Simply sear the lamb in a cast iron pan, brush with f&co dijon mustard and apply the crumb before baking for 15 minutes. Once the crust is golden, allow the lamb to rest before carving at the table. As always, our lamb is sourced from our small network of local farms, from slow growing flocks who have freedom to roam, which is portrayed in the natural sweetness of the meat. Serving two, pair with your choice of seasonal veg, crispy roast potatoes and our f&co mint sauce for a feast fit for Mother's Day.

About the cut

Rib Rack Of Lamb

Known as Carré d'Agneau in French cuisine and butchery textbooks, the Rib Rack of lamb is cut out at ninety degrees to the spine of the animal, leaving the ribs intact with the prized rib meat attached. The ribs are then French trimmed to leave clean bone at the end of each rib for maximum effect. More commonly simply cut into chops, the Rib Rack is a favourite of chefs and increasingly in demand.
