This is now a firm fixture in our Christmas range, and a F&Co favourite for a festive buffet. The loin is cured in our unique brine, made with Hambleton's Nightmare Porter, sea salt, and muscovado sugar cure. This cure has been developed in house by Executive Development Chef Jeff Baker to complement the quality of the free range pork loin. Be sure to refer to our recipe cards for cooking times and recipe tips, and serve with your favourite chutneys and sauces from our Christmas pantry.

All of our Christmas range delivered on 19th Dec to 23rd Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.

Free Range Boneless Pork Leg (127g used in 100g of finished product), salt, muscovado sugar, hambleton's nightmare porter (barley), natural herbs and spices: (clove, nutmeg, white pepper, ginger, mustard) preservative: (sodium nitrite), antioxidant: (sea buckthorn).

This cured bacon joint has been developed in house to give a taste of our local area, pairing our heritage breed gammon with a sweet porter cure. Bacon Joint Porter Cure

The loin is traditionally cured for our unique bacon joint. The meat is made rich and tasty by the use of the dark and sticky porter cure, while the quality free range pork promises close texture and real flavour.
