This hoisin sauce is a thick and fragrant sauce commonly used in Cantonese cuisine as a glaze for meat, an addition to stir fry, or as a dipping sauce. Dark in appearance, this traditional sauce is sweet and salty to taste making them the perfect match for the rich poultry meat.
Hoisin sauce ingredients: sugar, water, fermented soybean paste (15%): (water, salt, soybeans, wheat flour), salt, corn starch, dried sweet potato, rice vinegar (water, rice, sugar, salt), dehydrated garlic, sesame paste, spices, salted chilli pepper.
