Created by Michelin-star chef Jeff Baker, this full-bodied wild vension caserole is made using diced wild venison and boasts deep gamey flavour and tender texture as a result of a low and slow cook. A twist on the French classic, we've used a rich red wine, cabernet sauvignon, to complement the natural flavour of the wild venison, and a touch of cocoa to enrich the flavours; paired it with seasonal vegetables for a classic finish. For a hearty dish that all the family will enjoy, pair with our f&co luxury mash potato or sweet red cabbage.
