There's nothing better than achieving the perfect free-range pork belly roast, and now we've made it easier than ever. Our sous vide range has been developed by our in-house Michelin-starred chef, Jeff Baker, with simple yet succulent roasting in mind. Using the traditional French technique, sous vide, we've slow cooked this free-range boned and rolled pork belly for hours simply seasoned with sea salt & black pepper, garlic, coriander and juniper berries, along with chicken schmaltz so you don't have to. Ready to eat in just 30 minutes, expect melt-in-the-mouth tenderness and juicy flavoursome meat that is sure to impress. As always, our pork is sourced from our small network of local farmers who rear their hogs slowly and naturally, making for the very best free-range pork available.
All of our Christmas range delivered between the 19th Dec to 23rd Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre-frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.

About the cut
