Description
Our traditional breakfast banger, made delicious with Free Range Yorkshire pork, and natural seasoning freshly prepared by our Master Butcher, with the input of our Development Chef. The heritage breed pork ensures plenty of robust, deep flavour, to pair with other stalwarts of a cooked breakfast, while the fine texture promises classic eating quality.

How to cook your farmhouse thick sausages
Let your sausages come to room temperature before cooking. Preheat the pan with a fine film of oil, though not too hot as this could cause the sausages to explode. Don't overcrowd the cooking base, and cook through on a medium heat, until rich in colour, caramelised and firm to touch.
How it works

Award Winning Butchery
We are Online Butcher of the Year 2020, and our team has been recognised for their achievements on numerous occasions, scooping various national food, butchery, and business awards for our better meat. We try to be modest, but F&Co’s team of master butchers, smallholding farmers & Michelin Starred chef really are amazing, working for the pride in their craft.
