Neal's Yard Dairy selects, matures and sells British and Irish artisan cheese. They work closely with small-scale cheesemakers to help protect the future of farmhouse cheeses and the livelihoods of the individuals and families behind them. They then carefully mature this cheese, washing and turning it and adjusting the temperature and humidity, until it is at the perfect stage to be eaten.

This British Cheeseboard box showcases the very best cheeses for indulgence, with the quality and sumptuous flavours to make an ideal addition to your Valentine's Day celebrations. These hand-picked cheeses offer an exquisite way to savour a romantic meal, and features creamy Lincolnshire Poacher, crumbly Baron Bigod and a gentle Colston Bassett Stilton, alongside oat biscuits.

Baron Bigod

Created by Jonny Crickmore and team at Fen Farm, Bungay, the Baron Bigod is silky at its rind but crumbly at its core. This Suffolk-born, traditional Brie-style cheese balances a clean lactic brightness with mushroomy, vegetal notes. Made with raw cow's milk and an animal rennet.

Lincolnshire Poacher

Made by Simon and Tim Jones in Lincolnshire this is West Country Cheddar meets Comté, made using raw cow's milk and an animal rennet. The cheese boasts a smooth, densely creamy texture and flavours that can range from rich, savoury and brothy to long, sweet and almost pineapple-like.

Colston Bassett Stilton

Made by Billy Kevan and team in Nottinghamshire this Stilton is made using pasteurised cow's milk and an animal rennet. This is a blue for those who 'don't like blues', and made exclusively for Neal's Yard Dairy. Gentler, sweeter and more balanced than a 'typical' blue cheese, it boasts a creamy, buttery paste pierced with the delicate blue veining characteristic of a Stilton.

Baron Bigod: cows milk, cheese cultures, rennet, salt.

Colston Bassett Stilton: raw cows milk, Penecilium roqueforti, cheese cultures, rennet, salt.

Lincolnshire Poacher: cows milk starter culture, rennet, salt.

Stockans Oat Thins: Wholegrain oats (76%), vegetable oil (palm, papeseed), fortified wheat flour (wheat, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin) salt, raising agents (potassium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate)
