Our F&Co Middle Eastern rub promises aromatic, zingy flavour which pairs perfectly with free-range chicken, pork and vegetables. Developed in house, chef Jeff Baker has blended dried limes, flaked salt, wild thyme, sugar, garlic, smoked paprika, fennel seeds and more to create a barbecue rub that packs a punch. Inspired by flavours from the levant, this rub is a versatile summer essential whether you're barbecuing outdoors or cooking in the kitchen it's sure to elevate your meals whilst complementing the natural flavour of the meat. Our rubs don't just stop at meat, marinade aubergines and roast before blending into a unique baba ghanoush, or sprinkle over your potato salad for a lightly spiced finish.

How to use your f&co middle eastern bbq rub
- Begin by sprinkling the seasoning evenly over the raw meat. Make sure to massage it in thoroughly for optimal flavour. Suggested usage is 8 to 10 grams of seasoning per kilo of meat. Adjust the amount according to your personal taste preferences.
- Proceed to cook the meat following your usual instructions. Whether you're grilling, baking, or pan-frying, ensure that you adhere to the recommended cooking time and temperature for the specific type of meat you're preparing.
