We know a good barbecue starts with quality, better meat, but to help you spice things up our Michelin-starred chef Jeff Baker has developed three artisan dry rubs to complement the natural flavours of your meat.

Texan BBQ Rub: A well-spiced dry rub for that authentic southern-America taste. Perfect for grass-fed beef, grass-fed lamb, pork, and chicken, making it a must-have for your barbecue feast.

Black Pepper & Coffee BBQ Rub: Adds depth to your grass-fed beef with a rich, indulgent finish. Whether it's a quick grill or a slow roast, this rub delivers a delightful flavour.

Middle Eastern BBQ Rub: Aromatic and zingy, this rub complements free-range chicken, pork, and vegetables, making it a versatile spring & summer essential.

How to use your f&co bbq spice rubs

  1. Begin by sprinkling the seasoning evenly over the raw meat. Make sure to massage it in thoroughly for optimal flavour. Suggested usage is 8 to 10 grams of seasoning per kilo of meat. Adjust the amount according to your personal taste preferences.
  2. Proceed to cook the meat following your usual instructions. Whether you're grilling, baking, or pan-frying, ensure that you adhere to the recommended cooking time and temperature for the specific type of meat you're preparing.

Designed to be versatile, our rubs don't just stop at meat. Add punchy summer flavour to vegetables, dips and salads for a distinctive finish that will elevate dishes without the fuss.

Your delivery will arrive in a special Stay-Chilled insulated box, which will stay cold for up to 72 hours.

All our meat is fresh so it can be popped in the freezer if you don't need to use it straight away
