There's no doubt that a good quality barbecue sauce can be the pièce de resistance when it comes to a summer barbecue feast, and we think ours is just that. Created by our Michelin-starred chef, Jeff Baker, to our own recipe, this is a superbly British sauce that's everything a BBQ sauce should be. With sticky, sweet, and smoky flavour, it's perfect for marinating, dipping, glazing and basting. The perfect accompaniment for your Great British barbecue.

Shelf life: minimum 28 days.

Tomato passata, sugar, balsamic vinegar:(wine vinegar, concentrated grape must (sulphites)), tomato paste, smoked salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cornflour, celery salt, tamarind paste, spices:(cloves, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper).
