This aromatic and richly flavoursome turkey breast centrepiece has been developed in-house by our Executive Head Chef Jeff Baker. A festive butter made with roasted garlic, lemon zest and parsley is expertly packed into a butterflied turkey breast cushion and tied to allow the delicate flavours to infuse the meat as it cooks. The result is an easy-to-carve centrepiece bursting with flavour and succulence for a memorable centrepiece. About the cut
Turkey Breast
Our turkey flocks mature outdoors at their own pace to ensure the flavoursome and succulent meat essential for a celebration roast. The turkey breast is carefully cut away from the whole bird, leaving the entirety of the boneless breast meat intact for roasting. This is an increasingly popular option at Christmas or Easter time for slightly smaller tables or for those who prefer the breast meat.
