Our easy carve free-range duck galantine is a whole bird, fully boned and stuffed with our celebratory Christmas plum pudding sausagemeat soaked in drunken fruits. All of our Christmas range delivered on 19th Dec to 23rd Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.

Our duck galantines are made from free range birds, expertly prepared and hand-dressed, before being stuffed in plump winter fruits and wrapped in bacon. This is an easy-to-carve option for the Christmas table, and increasingly popular with F&Co customers over the festive season.
