Our free-range duck ballotines offer a smaller joint promising flavour and succulent texture and are a popular alternative to larger birds for Christmas dinner. Stuffed with a festive combination of plump winter fruits and Yorkshire spice, this complements the natural savoury flavour of the duck. This is an easy, ready-to-roast joint, already deboned for ease with extra dry skin that ensures a crispy finish, sure to be a showstopper on any festive dining table this season.

All of our Christmas range delivered on 19th Dec to 23rd Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.

Our ducks are sourced from traditional poultry farms, where the birds mature slowly at their own natural pace on rich, hearty diets. The duck legs are then expertly cut by hand from the bird to yield a neat joint for the best flavour and succulence. A year round favourite and a staple of top restaurant menus.
