Our Christmas duck ballotines are ready-to-roast parcels of boneless legs, chef-prepared for the best eating quality. Cut from the leg, the ballotines are stuffed with a festive combination of plump winter fruits and Yorkshire spice to complement the natural savoury flavour of the duck. These parcels are deboned for easy-carving and are ready to roast. The extra dry skin ensures a crispy finish, sure to be a showstopper for your festive dining table this Christmas season.

All of our Christmas range delivered on 19th Dec to 23rd Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.

Our ducks are sourced from traditional poultry farms, where the birds mature slowly at their own natural pace on rich, hearty diets. The duck legs are then expertly cut by hand from the bird to yield a neat joint for the best flavour and succulence. A year round favourite and a staple of top restaurant menus.
