Description

Inspired by the German pork currywurst, we've taken a spin on the iconic street food to create an f&co chicken currywurst sausage. Packed with flavour, we've kept the recipe traditional using a blend of spices to create an authentic curry paste. Using natural flavourings complements the taste of our plump and succulent free-range chicken, making for a currywurst to remember. For a street-style finish, pair with crispy fries or crusty bread and for something a little lighter, pair with a kale salad and dressing. As always, our chicken is sourced from local farms that rear their flocks slowly and naturally.
