Description

Made by our award-winning curer, Graham, this Culatello-style air dried ham uses our own heritage breed free-range pork sourced direct from our network of small farms. Naturally cured in the Italian style for 12 months, Culatello is one of Italy's best known and most prized cuts, made by curing only the rear muscle of the haunch. Expect a delicate yet well structured Italian classic, ideal for picnics or enjoyed as a first course with parmesan and olive oil.
