Description
Created by Michelin-star chef Jeff Baker, this mildly spiced chicken tikka masala makes the perfect lunch or dinner with steamed rice, traditional roti or naan breads.
With a hint of spice, but not hot by any means, this saucepan ready dish features meaty morsels of free-range chicken thighs and uses coconut milk as a base. The unique curry paste is Jeff Baker's own blend of spices, made in house to invigorate the succulent chicken and the creamy sauce, which is given body by diced tomatoes and wild spinach. As such, this is a simple but satisfying dish, perfect as the base for your curry nights.

Our saucepan ready English chicken curry is designed to be pure comfort and evocative of home. Our take on this classic lends itself to fun suppers. Spoon over Pierre Koffmann chips for a Northern-style favourite, or pair with warmed naan bread and relish, or put on a spread with pickles, chutneys and sweet breads. Please ensure product is fully defrosted before cooking.
