Developed by our in-house Michelin-starred chef Jeff Baker, we've used the French cooking technique, sous vide, to slowly cook our free-range chicken for ultimate tenderness, ready for a quick roast at home. Expect tender meat, simply seasoned with lemon, thyme, salt and pepper, that will fall off the bone without spending hours in the kitchen, and pair with seasonal vegetables and a light poultry gravy for your next Sunday lunch.
