Our famous porchetta is inspired by traditions of Italian butchery - creamy, flavoursome pork loin and belly is skilfully trimmed, boned and rolled with a specially crafted spiced plum and bramley apple stuffing to imbue the meat with fragrant, fruity flavour upon cooking. Our Porchetta is easy to carve, and it stands out for the perfect balance between the savoury pork and the sweet stuffing. The pork is sourced from British free range pigs reared naturally outdoors to offer outstanding succulence and flavour.

About the cut


Porchetta is a Roman speciality increasingly finding its way onto butcher's boards and restaurant menus. Traditionally, porchetta is made with the loin and the belly to promise layers of silky fat, and the essential crackling. Our porchettas are then enhanced by the aroma of the blend of seasonings added on the butcher's block, before being neatly tied ready for roasting.
