These delicious free-range chicken ballotines are ready-to-roast parcels of boneless legs, chef-prepared for the best eating quality. Easy to carve, the ballotine is infused with the smoky flavours of the bacon and fragrant tarragon from the chicken-based stuffing, enhancing the naturally succulent free-range chicken. These parcels are ideal for an easy luxurious roast, served alongside seasonal vegetables of your choice.
