Description
Our black ketchup is our twist on Britain's favorite condiment and a true artisan sauce, ideal for having on hand to complement any meat to be used as you would tomato sauce. Expect sweet flavour but with balsamic and honey undertones that tastes wonderful in combination with meat. The key ingredient to the tomato-based ketchup is black garlic, which has been left out in the sunshine to slowly caramelise as it dries and ferments. This brings the distinctive flavour and adds the naturally black colour to the sauce.
