Created by expert charcutier, this free-range salami has been developed to our in-house recipe, using only the finest grass-fed beef sourced from our network of small local farms. Gently flavoured with smoky garlic and a hint of natural beech and applewood from the smoking process, this salami promises rich yet subtle flavour. For a close finish, we've used free-range pork fat for soft texture and succulent taste that can't be matched. Serve alongside other charcuterie, hard cheeses, pickles and crusty bread for an authentic plate.

Shelf life: minimum 9 days.

British Beef (127g used in 100g of finished product), pork fat, salt, seasoning: (smoked garlic (0.3%), paprika, cane Sugar, rosemary), sea buckthorn, preservative:(Sodium Nitrite), natural pork casing.
