This ample free-range Christmas turkey galantine - a classic method for deboning & stuffing whole birds - combines flavoursome dark and light meat with the irresistible aroma and flavour of winter apricot and chestnuts, overlaid by the dry-cured streaky bacon. The whole bird is skilfully boned by our master butcher and filled with a stuffing of plump winter fruits ready for roasting. This is a chef-prepared Christmas turkey centrepiece that allows you to get the perfect finish on the leg meat; all that is required is roasting at home for an aromatic and warmly satisfying centrepiece that's easy to carve. Our whole turkey galantines are made from free range birds, expertly prepared and hand-dressed, before being stuffed in plump winter fruits and wrapped in bacon. This is an easy-to-carve option for the Christmas table, and increasingly popular with F&Co customers over the festive season.
