Description
Our stuffing recipe includes our traditional sausage meat stuffing, made entirely from free-range pork. The meat is gently seasoned and rolled into bite-sized balls, before being generously wrapped in a blanket of our finest streaky bacon, making for the perfect bite-sized canapé or side dish that has the potential to steal the show. Roast or air-fry until the bacon is crispy and caramelised around the stuffing balls for the perfect finish.
All of our Christmas range delivered between the 19th Dec to 23rd Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre-frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.
