Created by Michelin-star chef Jeff Baker, this authentic mutton vindaloo is made up of a range of traditional spices, a fresh tomato base and 7 day dry aged diced free-range mutton for unbeatable flavour. Boasting richness and complexity, without losing that homemade finish, expect the finest of free-range mutton with a little heat from the green chillis, perfect for those who like their curry with a kick. For a delicious dish, serve with steamed rice, chapati or naan breads, and a dollop of yoghurt.
