These are our signature free-range duck Christmas cocktail sausages, inspired by the Cantonese favourite for a rich and indulgent Christmas sausage. Enriched with free-range duck meat and perfectly paired with dried plum and hoisin sauce for fantastically satisfying sausages, this is the perfect fuss-free party canape that's easy to cook and ready to serve at any Christmas party this festive season.

Shelf life: minimum 3 days.
