As a guest breed, we've sourced this Wagyu from the award-winning Kagoshima prefecture in Japan, promising intramuscular marbling that makes it some of the most desired beef in the world. Sukiyaki is a popular hot pot-soup style dish in Japan and traditionally thin slices of Wagyu beef are cooked in the hot pot at the table, alongside vegetables and tofu. These Sukiyaki Wagyu beef slices make for authentic, delicious, and unforgettable dining.
