This salt is very finely ground, which enhances the flavour as it hits your tongue, and makes it ideal for using in cooking. To make it, seawater is extracted from the majestic trench of the Lombok Strait connecting the Java Sea to the Indian Ocean, before being dried on the volcanic black sand of the eastern shore of Bali, under the shadow of Gunung Agung Volcano.
This salt is primarily for use in cooking. As with all our salts from Bali it boasts impeccable quality, with its intense flavour ideal for enhancing the flavour of your dishes. Alternatively try sprinkling on your broccoli, or on top of with grilled chicken sparsely.
