The quintessentially English condiment, made in the East Riding of Yorkshire, this English Mustard is a wonderfully thick and spicy addition to a fine roasted beef joint, with its hot character matching superbly with our heritage breed beef’s succulent texture and savoury flavour. A must for the home cook’s pantry for all purpose use. It is lovingly prepared in a ceramic kilner style globe jar which you can use time and again for storing foods that require an airtight seal.
The sauce to have on hand when serving roasted beef, English Mustard is naturally hot, and in this case with proper thick consistency. The spicy notes match well with the savoury nature and tender texture of our beef, but can also be used in sandwiches, or paired with our gammon and sausages.
