A delicious hand made sausage enhanced with a local craft beer. Made using outdoor reared Yorkshire Pig pork, the flavour of these sausages is enhanced by the perfectly balanced blend of Yorkshire Pale Ale, treacle and a touch of mustard for a rich, savoury flavour with just a hint of sweetness.
We prepare our sausages using the same, traditional method that’s been used for generations. Made solely with pork shoulder, for fine texture and meaty taste, you can expect a top quality banger.
Let your sausages come to room temperature before cooking. Pre heat the pan with a fine film of oil, though not to hot, or else the sausages will explode. Don’t overcrowd the cooking base, and cook through on a medium heat, until rich in colour, caramelised and firm to touch.
