Our traditional breakfast banger, made delicious with outdoor reared Yorkshire Pig pork, and natural seasoning freshly prepared by our Master Butcher, with the input of our Development Chef. The heritage breed pork ensures plenty of robust, deep flavour, to pair with other stalwarts of a cooked breakfast, while the fine texture promises classic eating quality.
These Pork Sausages are just about as natural as you can get, the casings, native breed pork, and our blend of seasoning being the key ingredients. The breakfast sausages are prepared the old fashioned way, by hand on the butcher’s block, with the rich taste reflecting the providence of our heritage breed hogs.
Let your sausages come to room temperature before cooking. Preheat the pan with a fine film of oil, though not too hot as this could cause the sausages to explode. Don’t overcrowd the cooking base, and cook through on a medium heat, until rich in colour, caramelised and firm to touch. This Product Should Be Cooked Thoroughly
