Our ducks are sourced from traditional poultry farms, where the birds mature slowly at their own natural pace on rich, hearty diets. The Duck Legs are then expertly cut by hand from the bird to yield a neat joint for the best flavour and succulence. A year round favourite and a staple of top restaurant menus.
A French favourite, suitable for a range of dishes, but made famous for its use in Duck Confit where its rich succulence and satisfying taste come into its own. Alternatively, stew the Duck Leg gently with wine and herbs, then pick off the meat and use as a pasta sauce, or slow cook on a mirepoix and serve with creamy mash and red cabbage.
