The Boston Butt, or Pork Shoulder on the bone is becoming increasingly popular as a Barbecuing, slow cook favourite. This prime Pork cut has been rubbed with our own in-house seasoning mix which includes chipotle flakes, ground cumin & onion powder to enhance the great flavour and succulence of this juicy cut. Naturally laced with a good level of fat content, once slowly cooked the meat just falls away from the bone and literally melts in the mouth.
