Our pigs are sourced from the Yorkshire valley of Nidderdale, primarily from world famous Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs, as well as other heritage breeds, to promise only the best flavours. On the odd occasion this product might have to be dispatched previously frozen. We will always advise you in advance if this is the case.
