Our barbecue classic, inspired by American cuisine, but made delicious and memorable through the use of heritage breed British pork. Free range pork collar is rubbed generously with sea salt and black pepper, before being slowly smoked over natural wood, then shredded to give the pulled pork its famous texture. Ready to cook at home, expect well developed flavour - smoky and satisfying – with the pork tasty on its own or paired with your favourite sauces.
