Nidderdale Lamb Leg Steak Skewers

We prepare all our Lamb Skewers by hand on the butcher's block, carefully selecting lamb chunks that are big and meaty, and that will be tender upon cooking. The cubes can be cut from anywhere on the animal but ours are cut from the leg to provide flavour and characteristic juicy texture upon grilling.
