As such, they're perfect for simple mid week meals, with the wholesome lamb showcasing the fantastic depth of flavour of our native breed meat.
These meatballs are as natural as you can get, with the free-range lamb providing the flavour, the herbs further enriching this, and olives and dried tomatoes helping provide the desired texture of a classic meatball. This is the work of close collaboration with our development chef to get the ratios of meat and the blend of English herbs spot on for the best taste and consistency.
