Our whole gammons boast the rich flavour and irresistible close texture characteristic of our pork. Its wholesome nature is by virtue of our exclusive use of rare and native breeds, with the hogs feeding in the great outdoors on hearty diets for the meat to reach its full potential. Our butchers specially select choice cuts for curing, which are treated with traditional cures to enhance and complement the flavours of the pork. As well as making for great centrepieces, our gammons are ideal for cooking and using in deep sandwiches, or as part of a seasonal spread.
