These Mini Sirloin Joints show exactly what better meat means. All of our sirloins are expertly dry aged to relax the meat to utter tenderness, before being cut specifically for your order. The result is outstanding joints that can't be beaten for deep flavour, dark flesh, and generous marbling that caramelises and tenderises the beef upon cooking. Being slighter smaller than our classic Sirloins Joints, this cut is ideal for smaller tables, and serving with all the trimmings

Unparalleled in reputation, the Aberdeen Angus is Britain’s favourite breed, but is equally revered in the steak cutting traditions of Argentina, the United States, and South Africa. Its popularity is a direct consequence of the marbling that evenly runs through the meat to give the beef its renowned rich and indulgent flavour. Due to its quality and popularity, we hang prime Angus beef the year round, always sourced from grass fed, free range herds.

Tasting Notes: Rich, Creamy, Indulgent

Sirloin comes from the French "sur la longe" or above the loin from where it is cut. Ours are dry aged matured in our dedicated drying room, before being prepared into neat joints. Our Mini Sirloin Joints boast the characteristic marbling that explains its reputation for taste and which to a butcher is a sign of the meat’s quality, promising tenderness and flavour when cooked.

A chef's favourite for its deep flavour and juicy succulence, the Sirloin is ideal for easy carve celebration joints whatever the time of year, served alongside traditional roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, and creamy horseradish sauce. To infuse the joint with aroma, try roasting on a trivet of onion, carrots, and succulence, or consult our cooking tips.
