We’ve partnered with Cold Bath Brewing Co, one of Yorkshire’s hottest brewing companies, to bring you the ultimate treat this Father’s Day. Our award-winning aged and breeded Beef has been cut into a classic New York Rib Chop and comes with one of our new smoked finishing salts, and a potent, punchy wholegrain mustard. If that’s not enough for Dad, we’re adding in the Cold Bath Brewing Co Lager. Brewed organically in an award-winning sustainable farming environment; this vegan friendly lager is brewed using local Yorkshire grown kilned barley and an exclusive blend of Eastern European hops (commonly associated with ale), this, matched with on- site gently chalk filtered Yorkshire water makes for a truly incomparable recipe, producing an exceptional and eclectic, moreish session lager with just a hint of spice.
This is the best of British steak, prime and flavoursome, for a real Weekend Evening treat especially when served with a rich potato gratin, seasonal greens tossed with walnut vinaigrette and wholegrain mustard.
