Slow grown and free range by nature, our geese grow plump on a rich diet of foraged fruits & grubs supplemented with grains grown on the farm. These birds are prepared the traditional way, with the legs cut off at the oyster by our expert Butchers. The leg meat is succulent, flavoursome and versatile.
THIS PRODUCT IS FROZEN AND WILL DEFROST WHILST IN TRANSIT TO YOU. Please allow up to 24 hours for this product to defrost before cooking. Ensure this product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. Once the product is thoroughly defrosted consume within 3 days. This product must not be frozen.
Typically more prized than turkey, they take a lot more food to fatten, but the reward is delicious rich meat ideal for celebration meals. Goose meat is much richer flavour and a darker colour than that of other poultry. All our geese are hand picked to ensure ample leg meat.
