  • Ingredients
  • 500mls Fresh orange juice, chilled
  • 400g Fresh strawberries, green leafy part removed
  • 150g Fresh blueberries
  • 1 x Banana, cut into chunks

Cooking Instructions


  1. Add all of the ingredients together and blend until smooth
  2. Serve or keep chilled ready for use

Gaynor’s Tip: This can be frozen in ice lolly trays and makes a great healthy treat for the kids on a warm day.
